Cheese Half Moon Pepper and Garlic

This range was developed with the family’s day in mind, who do not give up quality and taste, but choose products with small, practical weights and above all easy to maintain. In order to offer the opportunity for a unique moment, we add spices to some of these cheeses, giving them a completely different aroma, presentation and flavors.

Pasteurized cow’s milk, calcium chloride, rennet, dairy yeast, egg lysozyme and salt. Pepper and garlic in the peel and is sold by the unit (weight approximately 500g).
